I create personalised, evidence-based protocols designed to support healthy blood glucose balance – shown to reduce hunger, cravings and increases time spent in fat burning mode. This way of eating has also been shown to reduce inflammation and slow ageing, it promotes more sustained energy and better sleep quality and mood.  It even reduces wrinkles.  


The Shape Up package includes:

  • 1-hour initial appointment for health & lifestyle assessment and creation of an agreed eating plan that will fit with your lifestyle. 

  • Personalised food plan based on three meals per day tailored to your particular preferences and time constraints (but without any processed carbohydrates or sugary foods!)

  • Each food plan contains 3 easy to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners based on your current eating habits.

  • Check in health assessment and weight analysis after 2 weeks (30 mins) to see how you are progressing and to refine your programme, follow by two more consultations (30 mins) over the 3 month period.
