During this life changing programme you will understand how foods effect your hormones and how making just a few changes to the make up and timing of your meals can transform the way that you feel and enable you to re-energise, think clearly and remember your younger you.

This programme is bespoke to your individual needs, whether that be help with weight loss, thyroid issues, mood swings, anxiety, brain fog, hot flushes, or all of these.

We start with the basics around blood glucose control and it's impacts on your hormones before moving onto adrenal and thyroid health.  There will be options to have blood, saliva or urine analysis to look more comprehensively at your current hormone status (see tests section for more information).  

 

During the first session I will take a 'top to toe' analysis.  I use the functional medicine model to explain how different systems in the body interlink and potential imbalances that can occur. Together will create a personised plan containing foods that you enjoy and can prepare quickly.

That plan includes: â€‹â€‹

  • 4 consultations plus 3 'Check in's' over a 12 week period. 

  • Personalised nutrition report and food plan, also including easy to make meals and recipes. 

  • Advice on health testing that might be useful such as adrenal hormones, sex hormones or thyroid testing. ​​​​​​​​​
