Assessment of oestrogen and progesterone over a 28-day menstrual cycle:

Imbalances in the hormone rhythms may contribute to:

This involves collecting 12 saliva samples over 28 days and sending them to the laboratory for analysis. 

Due to the impact of stress hormones on the menstrual cycle, I usually recommend the Adrenal Stress profile alongside which assesses cortisol and DHEA.
